The area around Kyoto has always been famous for its matcha production, ever since the early 1200s. Still today, Uji, Ujitawara and Wazuka produce much of Japan's best matcha, and there are many talented matcha farmers with unique styles of cultivation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eHow to Brew it\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAdd 2 grams of matcha to a bowl and then pour in 100-150ml of 160-175F water.
